JUSTIN TIME TIPS week 2
This is the first edition of a hopefully weekly occurrence. I think a lot, and spend too much time with myself so all the time I am conjuring up these new ideas, and new approaches on things...how I haven't been picked up yet is beyond me. This week is about HEALTH
1) WATER: We all wanna be healthy but drinking water is tasteless and bland. Flavorings is a terrible sugary alternative. By accident I drank some pineapple juice that was put in my water bottle. It was about a half and half ratio. Any water spiked with REAL fruit juices can taste good, and have a nutritional backing. STARBUCKS has a new line of "refreshers" beverages and they use whole raspberries and shake the water to mix in a natural flavor that is great! Watch what juice you buy if you don't use it from fresh fruit, most juices are sugar filled!
2) LUNCH We all can fall victim to a quick easy meal...sometimes that involves unhealthy meals. I personally love a quick sandwich, this week I made a delicious Veggie burger sandwich! It's your choice for real meat (turkey being the best choice) I chose a veggie burger, ripped up, layered with a piece of sliced cheese (great quality protein right there) I then sprinkled on some natural chopped green onions for a boost of flavor, and antioxidants! Snuggling these layers together was Honey Wheat Artisan bread. A really easy EXTREMELY tasty quick meal.
3) COACH POTATO Exercise everyday is proven to increase life span, make a higher bone density, lower the risk of disease, and of course prevent obesity. The word exercise alone make some cringe, but honestly we move all day more then we even think! I have a long drive way...getting the mail can be a sweat inducing jog! When I get up to get a drink or food I like to stretch and dance to the kitchen, keeping active even on a "lazy day" is important. To stretch is to grow! Think of your body as a piece of laffy taffy, stretching it makes it become longer, I'm not saying become tasty, but keep stretching and moving!
4) SLEEP! I definitely sleep less at night and more during the day now, bit I allow myself to sleep in too. Your body needs rest, along with stretching in order to grow! During sleep your mind and body heals, so if you plan to do an all nighter don't forget to sleep the next day. Your hurting your mind for the long run when you don't sleep.
5) KEEP IT CLEAN Your bathroom is a breeding ground for towels, toothpaste, and all your appliances/products. We wakeup every morning to the bathroom, and go to bed to it. Keeping this area clean and organized is the difference in your stress level! Seeing cords and bottles everywhere is going to sour your mood...keep it clean, to keep your cool...believe me it helps.

I am agree with all what yo say but I think you should sleep at night... Doctors recomend to sleep 8 hours... Im fabia one more time!
